Kamen Rider Database: Gel-Shocker

Gel-Shocker (ゲルショッカー, Geru Shokkā) is an evil organization that is formed through the merge between Shocker and Geldam, a mysterious organization from America.

Because Shocker's uncountable failures to defeat the Kamen Riders, Great Leader of Shocker decides that the organization needs to be completely restructured. Without even the knowledge of high ranking Shocker members, he meets the leader of another secret organization called Geldam, General Black, and starts working with him to create a new organization, called Gel-Shocker.

After Ambassador Hell's final defeat and death, Great Leader of Shocker goes forward with his plans. The new organization is led mostly by Geldam members, aside from Great Leader of Shocker, and old members of Shocker who are considered unfit for it are killed one by one. All Shocker secret bases are self destructed and the remaining Shocker soldiers are killed. Part of that operation to erase the original Shocker is witnessed by unfortunate campers who see a massacre of Shocker soldiers trying to escape in a forest.

Although the new organization carries the Shocker name, its force, human alteration technology, and leadership are mostly composed by Geldam members. Only the Great Leader of Gel-Shocker himself and the Shocker Riders show strong ties with Shocker's previous activities.

Great Leader of Gel-Shocker (ゲルショッカー首領, Geru-Shokkā Shuryō) is the leader of Gel-Shocker. He’s formerly the leader of Shocker.

General Black (ブラック将軍, Burakku Shōgun) is formerly a Geldam executive stationed in Africa with the ability to become Hiruchameleon. He later joins the Great Leader of Shocker founding Gel-Shocker and becomes one of Gel-Shocker generals.

Shocker Riders (ショッカーライダー, Shokkā Raidā) are the 6 Shocker's version of Kamen Riders.

Gel-Shocker Combatmen (ゲルショッカー戦闘員, Geru Shokkā Sentōin) wear bright blue and yellow costumes, covering their entire bodies from head to toe. Aside from the Shocker Combatmen's standard disguise abilities, they are also capable of traveling from one place to another by transforming into sheets that will drop down onto unsuspecting victims. They also are physically superior to Shocker Combatmen, able to take more blunt violent abuse without lowering combat performance.
